Spinach Artichoke Dip

Do you need a great dip for your favorite game or party? This one only takes a few minutes to prepare and some time in the slow cooker!
You will need:
1 - 12 oz bag of frozen, chopped spinach
1 - 13.75 oz. can of quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1 - 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 - 16 oz. container sour cream
1 stick ( or 8 Tbsp) butter
1 - 16 oz. package of Italian blend cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
To make:
Add all ingredients to the crock pot. Cover and cook on high for one hour, mixing several times during cooking to combine ingredients as they melt together. Serve with your favorite chips, bread, crackers, pita chips, vegetables, and fruit. Enjoy!
